-The Haven Yoga offers Vinyasa / Flow Yoga classes, Mysore Ashtanga, as well as Gentle style Yoga classes.  Emphasis is placed on proper body alignment with attention to the breath.


-Classes at The Haven YOGA combine physical movements for strength-building and physical well-being as well as breathing and meditation techniques for mental and spiritual well-being.  All of our classes are taught to accommodate first time practitioners and seasoned students. 


-Students with special needs or those who wish to deepen or heighten their understanding of the practice may choose to attend workshops regularly and or private instruction.
