For those interested in deepening their personal practice and possibly sharing their experience through teaching,  The Haven YOGA offers a 200 hour RYT  (Registered Yoga Teacher) program taught by
ERYT - Susan Griego O'Connor. 

The teacher training will offer the following:

-A thorough exploration of asanas, including their alignment principles, energetic actions, modifications, use of props, variations, verbal and hands-on cues, risks, contra-indications, and benefits.

-Study of yoga philosophy, history, ethics, and lifestyle practices.

-Training and practical experience in planning classes and sequencing asana, pranayama, and meditation practices.

-Opportunities to learn how to work with students who have injuries and other limiting conditions.

-Extensive opportunities for progressively more challenging practical experience teaching asanas and entire classes.

-Opportunities for apprenticing with an experienced teacher.

-Guidance in finding your niche as a teacher and getting started in the profession.

-Ongoing connection with other participants and your teacher.

Teacher Training Enrollment:

A one-on-one teaching experience.
Learn at your own pace and finish your training as
quickly as one month...or take up to a full year.  

This program is a highly individualized and specialized teacher training program designed to deepen your knowledge base and provide you with the necessary tools to succeed.  

Cost for this program, which includes all textbooks and student training program manual, is $3,500.00  

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this
one-on-one training.

Upon satisfactory completion of the program, you will receive
200-hour certification from, The Haven Yoga and will be eligible for the Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered yoga teacher certificate.
