Return & Refund Policy

In General:

We provide our students and community with the very best in service and satisfaction.  We are partners in our community and enjoy “giving back” where we can.

Returns & Exchanges:

We will honor a merchandise exchange within 5 days of your purchase accompanied by a receipt.  Defective items or items that were damaged prior to leaving our boutique, wrong size, missing pieces, etc., we will gladly exchange for you as well, if you bring the item back immediately.  We will do our very best to accommodate your exchange within reason.  *Please note, many of our items are unique, seasonal or “one-off” originals.  These items cannot be exchanged if we are sold-out.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on any services, discounted services or discounted merchandise offered on or off the premises of The Haven YOGA.  Services include, but are not limited to: Any yoga class, class packages, workshops, events, memberships, private lessons, teacher trainings or yoga retreats.
