Vinyasa Yoga
Characterized by a focus on dynamic movement with breath, creating a flow between the static traditional yoga postures. Vinyasa translates as "linking" and the system also implies the linking of the movement to the breath. The breath dictates the movement and the length of time held in the postures. Attention is also placed on the transition between the postures not just the postures themselves.

Gentle Yoga
Designed for those who need a gentle approach to the practice. Students who have injuries, trouble getting up or down from a seated position or those interested in supplementing their Vinyasa practice.
Suitable for pre-natal yoga, as each class is modified to accommodate students in class.
The Gentle class incorporates basic and modified versions of the postures (asanas) used in the Vinyasa Class.
The majority of this class is seated.

Kids Yoga
1/2 hour long.
